Due to the perishable nature of our confectionery products, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened and heat-damaged items to ensure your satisfaction. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on candy that has been opened or consumed.

Return Process

  Inspect your treats upon arrival and ensure the packaging is still sealed and the contents are in good condition.

  Email our Sweet Support team with your order number and a photo of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unopened candy back into its original shipping box with all protective padding to prevent further damage during transit.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once we receive and verify your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
